02 / MAKING A BOOKING
Booking Your Experience
Classes and courses may be booked through our chosen online booking service, Gymcatch.
Private experiences and birthday party bookings begin with an enquiry.
Sending an enquiry does not guarantee availability or create a confirmed booking.
A private booking is confirmed when Elara Aerial accepts the arrangements and communicates the agreed booking details and payment requirements.
Customers should check the date, duration, participant suitability, price and booking conditions before accepting.
Where Gymcatch has additional booking terms applicable to its platform, these will also be made available through the booking process.
VIEW CLASS BOOKINGS03 / PRICES & PAYMENT
Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed on our website, booking platform or individual quotations.
The total price, including applicable compulsory charges, will be confirmed before the customer commits to purchase.
Payment must be made using an accepted method communicated during booking.
Some bookings require payment in advance. Private experiences have the deposit and balance arrangements described below.
Any optional extras must be agreed and priced before they are added to a booking.
04 / ADULT AERIAL CLASSES
Adult Aerial Classes
Adult aerial classes are suitable for the ability levels and age ranges stated in each class listing.
Beginners are welcome to sessions advertised as beginner-friendly.
Participants must follow the instructor's guidance, class rules and safety instructions.
Class bookings are subject to availability and the booking conditions presented before payment.
Cancelling an Adult Class
Please notify Elara Aerial as soon as possible if you cannot attend.
Any class-specific cancellation deadline, credit or transfer arrangements must be stated before booking.
Where no specific cancellation policy has been agreed, requests will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances.
Missing a class does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund, but customers retain all applicable legal rights.
05 / CHILDREN'S AERIAL CLASSES
Children's Classes
Children may attend classes appropriate for their age, experience and participation needs.
A parent or legal guardian must provide the necessary booking authorisation and emergency contact information.
Relevant participation information may be requested through an appropriate, secure booking process.
Parents and guardians must follow the agreed arrival, collection and supervision arrangements.
Children must follow suitable instructions, use equipment only when authorised and behave respectfully towards others.
Where additional support or reasonable adjustments may be needed, parents are encouraged to discuss this privately in advance so appropriate arrangements can be considered.
Any child participation or supervision requirements will be communicated before the relevant session or booking.
06 / FLYING ACADEMY
Six-Week Flying Academy
The Flying Academy is a structured beginner course delivered over a specified series of sessions.
The published course description will identify the price, start date, session duration and programme details.
A booking relates to the agreed course rather than an unlimited entitlement to other classes.
Participants progress according to their ability, readiness and instructor guidance.
Completion of the course does not guarantee achievement of a particular skill.
Any rules concerning missed sessions, course transfers or make-up classes must be made clear before enrolment.

08 / PRIVATE BOOKING DEPOSITS
Deposits and Final Balances

Children's aerial birthday experiences may be arranged by enquiry.

10 / GIFT VOUCHERS
The Gift Of Flight
Elara Aerial offers enquiries for gift vouchers in the following amounts:
Available Voucher Amounts
Custom-value vouchers may also be requested.
Sending a voucher enquiry does not complete a purchase.
Voucher availability, payment arrangements, eligible services, delivery and redemption conditions will be confirmed before purchase.
Vouchers may be redeemed only in accordance with the agreed terms and subject to suitable class or experience availability.
A voucher does not automatically guarantee a place on a particular course, class or event.
Voucher Validity
The validity period and any expiry date must be clearly disclosed before purchase.
[CONFIRM VOUCHER VALIDITY, TRANSFERABILITY, PARTIAL REDEMPTION AND ANY RELEVANT RESTRICTIONS BEFORE PUBLISHING.]
Applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights will be respected.

Cancellation & Refund Requests
If you need to cancel a booking, please contact Elara Aerial as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests will be considered in accordance with the agreed booking terms and applicable consumer law.
Classes and Courses
Where a class or course has a specified cancellation or transfer deadline, it will be communicated before booking.
Any applicable cancellation charge must be fair and legally enforceable.
Private Experiences
If a customer cancels a confirmed private booking, Elara Aerial may be entitled to recover reasonable losses directly resulting from the cancellation.
Any deduction must take account of costs saved and reasonable steps to reduce losses.
Elara Aerial will explain any proposed deduction and calculate any refund in accordance with applicable law.
Changing a Date
Requests to change an agreed event date are subject to availability and mutual agreement.
Any reasonable additional costs or revised terms must be explained and agreed before the change is confirmed.
12 / STATUTORY CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Your Legal Cancellation Rights
Some consumer contracts made online or at a distance carry a statutory right to cancel within 14 days.
However, certain services related to leisure activities, where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance, may be exempt from that right.
This exception may apply to particular dated aerial classes, courses and private experiences.
It does not mean that every Elara Aerial product or service is exempt from cancellation rights.
Gift voucher purchases and other transactions must be considered according to their actual contractual arrangements.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, Elara Aerial will honour that right and provide the required information and remedies.
Nothing in these terms removes rights granted by UK consumer law.
13 / CANCELLATIONS BY ELARA
If We Need To Cancel
Occasionally, a class, course or private experience may need to be cancelled or rearranged.
Reasons may include instructor illness, equipment or safety concerns, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
We will aim to notify affected customers as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where Elara Aerial cannot provide a paid service as agreed, customers will receive an appropriate refund or another remedy required by law.
An alternative date or credit may be offered where suitable, but customers will not be required to accept a replacement where the law entitles them to a refund.

Safety Comes First
Aerial fitness is a physical activity that involves inherent risks.
Participants must follow the instructor's directions and applicable safety procedures.
- Wear suitable clothing for the activity as advised.
- Remove jewellery or accessories when instructed.
- Use aerial equipment only with the instructor's permission.
- Do not attempt unsupervised or unauthorised moves.
- Inform the instructor if you feel unwell, dizzy, injured or unable to continue safely.
- Do not participate while impaired by alcohol or drugs.
- Respect the instructor and other participants.
Participants may be asked to stop an activity where continuing would present a safety concern.
Any refusal of participation and related payment arrangements will be handled fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
Please discuss any relevant participation concerns privately before the session. Where appropriate, further information or guidance may be requested.
We will consider reasonable adjustments and individual circumstances in accordance with applicable law.
15 / CHILD SAFEGUARDING

Any safeguarding concern should be reported promptly using Elara Aerial's relevant safeguarding procedure.
If a child is in immediate danger, emergency services should be contacted.

Children and their parents or guardians should be given clear information about intended photography and their choices.
